"What if I can't keep up?"
There's nothing to keep up with. You set your own resistance, and slowing down is part of the plan.
Never been on an indoor bike? Perfect. This one's for you.
A 30-minute ride made for women who have never been on an indoor bike. Ingrid or Bia sets up your bike with you, the music is easy to follow and nobody is watching your numbers.

We set up your bike with you. Promise.
It's not a checkout, just a quick hello, so Ingrid & Bia know you're coming and can have your bike ready.
If the session fills up, you go on the waitlist automatically, and we'll email you the moment a bike opens up.
