How the party goes
A big room, a party playlist and a crowd of women on your side. You set your own resistance, so the ride is as hard as you want it to be.
Bring
- Water bottle (you'll want it by song three)
- Small towel
- Sneakers, or cycling shoes if you have them
- Your party outfit: pink, plum, sparkle, all welcome
Expect
- Arrive 15 min early so we can set up your bike with you
- Club lights, a party playlist and instructors on the mic
- Every move cued. Sit out any song you like
- A big finale and a group photo, with a photographer in the room
Solo is fine. You won't be for long.

Yes. Every move is cued from the mic and you control your own resistance, so you ride at your level. Tell us it's your first time when you arrive and we'll set up your bike with you.
When and how do I pay?

Sign up anyway: you go on the waitlist automatically, and we'll email you if a bike opens up.
Can I bring a friend?
Please do. Add her name in the form so we know you're riding together.
What if I can't make it?

Will I be in photos?
Probably! Our parties are photographed and filmed for FeMoves social media. That's the one required checkbox in the form, and afterwards you can request your photos on this page.
