Community rides are our bring-your-sister rides: all levels, a cause or a theme, and time to hang out after. If it’s your first time on an indoor bike, you’re exactly who these are for.
What to bring

- A friend (she can sign up too)
- Time to stay after
What to expect
Arrive 15 minutes early
We check you in and set up your seat and handlebars with you.
Ride at your pace
Every move is cued, the resistance is yours, and nobody calls out numbers.
A slow cool-down
Stretch together before anyone rushes off.
The group photo
You’ll get it after. That’s how most friendships here start.
